📍 Location: Remote within EU (must hold EU Citizenship, PR, or a valid EU Work/Residence Permit)

We are expanding our team and looking for a strong Senior GenAI Engineer to design and build production-grade multi-agent systems and enterprise RAG architectures.

If you focus on reliable orchestration, context engineering, and evals rather than just building simple prompt wrappers — this role is for you!

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Building scalable RAG pipelines, working with vector databases, and optimizing context delivery.
• Developing production-ready AI microservices in Python (FastAPI) and deploying them to the cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Setting up automated evaluation pipelines and tracing/observability (Evals, Langfuse, Arize).

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML / Software Engineering.
• Strong production experience with LangGraph, MCP, RAG, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in Python / FastAPI and cloud infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Pragmatic delivery mindset: focus on maintainability, latency, and measurable business impact.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is required.
• English is a plus.
