We’re expanding in the UK: Portfolio Analyst (Credit Division, UK)

We are scaling our credit platform in the UK — and looking for a Portfolio Analyst who wants real ownership, steep learning curves, and impact from day one.

The role

This position sits within our Credit Division and blends:

• portfolio management
• SME credit analysis
• transaction structuring You’ll have meaningful responsibility early on, direct exposure to decision-making, and compensation linked to portfolio performance.

What you’ll do

• Analyse SME borrowers and recommend credit approvals & limits
• Structure transactions, including collateral and security packages
• Help develop internal scoring models and credit methodologies
• Review and assess new investment opportunities
• Support the team with analytical and operational tasks

What we’re looking for

• Strong academic background (quant-heavy degrees preferred; MIPT, Bauman, NES, HSE, MSU a plus)
• Solid grounding in corporate finance, economics, and accounting
• High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
