Vacancy: Researcher (AI/ML, Commercial Real Estate Analytics)

About us: We are creating intelligent analytical solutions for the commercial real estate market. Our goal is to transform complex data about properties, foot traffic, and tenants into understandable business insights using modern AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop models for commercial real estate analysis (traffic models, forecasting, clustering, etc.).
• Select, refine, and integrate modern LLM and ML frameworks for analytical tasks.
• Develop prototypes and bring solutions to production level.
• Collaborate with data engineers and the product team to build an end-to-end analytical pipeline.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of Python and the ability to write maintainable production code.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks
• Understanding and experience applying modern LLM models
• Ability to conduct experiments, analyze results, and formulate product insights.

Experience with data (ETL, processing, visualization) will be a plus.
