What is important to us:

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling — mandatory;
• Practical experience with at least one of the GEOs: CIS / Africa / Asia;
• Understanding and experience with models: CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Fixed;
• Experience in searching, attracting, onboarding, and developing affiliate partners;
• Understanding of key metrics and traffic quality;
• English language — for working with international partners and GEOs.

We are considering both specialists with a small base and a desire to grow in the affiliate field, and experienced Affiliate Managers / Team Leads with their own partner network and strong contacts in iGaming.
