We're looking for a freelance designer to help us create and iterate static Meta ad creatives starting next week for a few weeks (around 15–20 hours per week).
The sweet spot is someone who can balance both design and performance thinking - creating strong visual concepts while also understanding metrics like CTR, ROAS, and other campaign data, and using those insights to create high-performing creatives. Experience with AI image generation tools and workflows is required.
