A small and experienced game dev team (10+ years in the industry) is launching a new R&D initiative - rapid prototyping of mobile games using AI/vibe-coding. We are looking for a strong, independent Senior Game Designer / Producer to lead the game design expertise in a team of 15 people. You will be responsible for building the process of selecting and refining prototypes, testing hypotheses manually, influencing metrics, and bringing the most successful prototypes to global release in a leadership role.

✨ What you will be doing ✨

• Generating and rapidly testing game ideas - from concept to playable prototype
• Designing core gameplay and meta-systems: progression, economy, game-loop
• Making product decisions based on tests, metrics, and common sense
• Managing the work of a developer and an artist within the project
• Bringing strong prototypes to release - expanding scope, increasing content, iterating
• Evaluating, selecting, and filtering ideas from the team
• Providing feedback on prototypes from the team
• Coordinating the work of several prototypes in parallel

✨ Requirements ✨

• 5+ years in game development and real experience launching projects from idea to release under your belt
• Deep understanding of casual mechanics and audience
• Product thinking: ability to read metrics, draw conclusions, and change decisions based on data
• Extensive experience and playtime - experience playing different genres, ability to quickly break down any game into mechanics
• Experience in rapid game prototyping using AI tools

Will be a plus:

• Extensive experience in rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with Unity or any other rapid prototyping tool
• Having public game prototypes (on itch.io and similar platforms)
