Responsibilities:

• Develop the platform: add features, improve architecture and user experience. • Modernize the codebase with active use of AI tools. • Implement agentic approaches in team processes (code review, tests, documentation, migrations). • Work with media content, integrations (CRM, payments, webhooks), and queues. • Participate in shaping the engineering culture of working with AI and exchange best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar) as a primary working tool. • Understanding of AI agent tasking principles and the ability to verify their work results. • Proficient in PHP and commercial development experience. • Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and understanding of query optimization. • Experience with Docker, Redis, RabbitMQ (or queue analogues). • Skills in working with REST API, webhooks; English at B1+ level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Yii2 or Laravel. • Knowledge of the ELK stack. • Experience with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks. • Experience with media content (streaming, conversion). • Experience in a product company with high load.
