Position: Project Manager

Salary range (gross): 260–390k + annual bonus
Work format: full-time / hybrid 3/2, Moscow, Kutuzovsky 32, building 1

About the team and the role: We are an RnD team building intelligent agents based on LLM, RAG, NLP for deep customer understanding and personalization of the customer experience in B2C.

Project Manager is a key role between the product owner, DS / DE / MLE, and the tribe lead. The role's task is to build processes, manage stakeholder expectations, reach agreements and monitor them to bring AI projects to production.

What you will do:

• lead end-to-end AI/DS projects: from formulating the business task and working through data collection to administrative support for deploying the solution to production
• jointly with the team, define project scope, goals, success metrics, and roadmap
• plan the work of the team and cross-functional colleagues, manage deadlines, priorities, and dependencies, find workarounds to achieve results on time
• organize cross-team collaboration
• monitor risks and blockers and escalate them in a timely manner
• prepare status updates, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders
• participate in the development of project and product processes for the tribe

Candidate expectations:

• work experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager
• experience working with DS / ML / analytics teams
• experience leading IT, Data, or AI projects
• understanding of the ML/AI product lifecycle
• ability to work with uncertainty and changing requirements
• developed communication skills
• confident work with Jira, Confluence, ability to prepare high-quality materials and presentations
