Responsibilities

What you will do:

• conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations with the aim of attracting and retaining them on the payroll project
• conduct negotiations with representatives of legal entities on payroll project matters
• support and maintain existing clients
• analyze the assigned market to attract businesses to the payroll project, develop a strategy for client acquisition

Requirements

We expect you to:

• be a specialist with higher education and at least 2 years of sales experience
• be able to create presentation materials
• have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
• be a confident MS Office user
• possess basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence (e.g., GigaChat)
