Trade Marketing Manager / Category Manager / Channel Development Manager

Your tasks:

• Developing sales in the e-commerce channel through assortment management (MML, focus assortment, distribution targets), promotional activities, and brand representation.
• Working with key network clients (omni, marketplace, delivery services) within the framework of category management and trade marketing to maximize sales growth and achieve key KPIs.
• Planning and controlling promotional activities (jointly with KAM): from planning to post-performance analysis.
• Planning and managing the trade marketing budget within the area of responsibility.
• Implementing the 4P strategy (product, price, promotion, place) for e-com.
• Analyzing market data and the competitive environment to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in e-commerce, trade marketing, and category management (from 2 years) in FMCG or large retail.
• Expertise in analytics: assessing promo effectiveness, demand forecasting, ROI calculation.
• Ability to conduct negotiations, build, and defend commercial proposals for clients.
• Proactiveness and readiness to take responsibility for results.
• English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level.
• Knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) will be an advantage.
