Senior Back End Developer

ALSECO has been operating in the IT market since 1998 and specializes in software development, automation of accounting and control of utility consumption, payment processing, as well as the implementation of custom solutions for government bodies, including the automation of services and integration with government systems. Vacancy Description: At least 5 years of experience in an IT company on B2G, B2B projects. Hard skills level - expert. • Spring AOP Spring Cloud; • Kafka / RabbitMQ (event-driven architecture); • NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB); • Kubernetes; • CI/CD (GitLab CI); • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry; • Fault tolerance practices: retry, circuit breaker, fallback; • Understanding of application security (OWASP); • BPMN; • Experience as a TeamLead of a development team. • Higher education (technical); • At least 5 years of commercial Java development experience; • Solid Java knowledge (11+), understanding of JVM, multithreading, collections, Stream API, exception handling, and principles of writing performant code. • Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security; • Ability to design complex relational database structures. Solid knowledge of SQL, NoSQL; • Experience in writing tests (JUnit, Mockito); • Understanding and confident application of SOLID, design patterns; • Experience in conducting code reviews, refactoring, and supporting legacy code; • Experience in designing high-load systems, microservice architecture, Event-driven, Batch processing, messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ);

• Working hours: five-day week, from 09:00 to 18:30 • Lunch compensation • Lunch break - from 13:00 to 14:30 • Vacation - 30 calendar days • Training at the Company's expense • 13th salary.
