Responsibilities

· consulting clients at the bank branch

· selling Sber's products and services and assisting with their processing

· teaching clients to use Sber's services and products

· conducting payments and transfers

Requirements

· specialist with secondary education or higher

· actively using gadgets

· friendly and willing to help clients

· ready to use AI in daily work (training at the company's expense — has its own courses).

It will be a plus if you have experience in sales, customer service and consulting
