**✅Business Analyst Almaty Field: Financial Products / Trading ** Responsibilities: • Collection, analysis, and formalization of business and functional requirements. • Conducting interviews with internal customers: traders, client managers, compliance specialists, risk management, and back-office. • Description and optimization of business processes, including KYC/AML, account opening, and cash operations. • Participation in automation and integration projects with external systems and exchanges. • Tasking the development and testing team, supporting implementation. • Analysis and breakdown of incidents related to the execution of trading orders. • Participation in the development of the company's digital products.     • Have business analyst experience of 2–3 years or more. • Have worked in the financial sector, investment sphere, or trading companies. • Know how to collect and formalize requirements (BRD, SRS, User Stories). • Understand KYC/AML processes, account opening, and financial operations. • Have experience interacting with business, IT teams, risk management, and compliance. • Are proficient in business process modeling tools (BPMN/UML will be an advantage). • Are distinguished by systemic thinking, an analytical approach, and attention to detail.
