BCC-HUB is currently looking for a strong and experienced Scrum Master💚
📍Location: Almaty
🕓Work schedule: Hybrid
👩💻 What you will do:
- Support Scrum teams and facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement
- Develop Agile practices, self-organization, and Agile maturity of the teams
- Identify and remove impediments affecting work efficiency
- Analyze team metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time, etc.) and improve processes
- Organize retrospectives, workshops, and continuous improvement events
- Ensure effective interaction between teams, business, and stakeholders
- Administer and develop processes in Jira and Confluence
- Support organizational changes and Agile transformation.
👉 What are the requirements:
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Experience supporting one or more Scrum teams
- Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and their application to improve team efficiency
- Facilitation, coaching, and change management skills
- Developed communication skills and the ability to build interaction with all process participants
- Having PSM, CSM, or SAFe certifications will be an advantage
