📌 Main tasks and functions: Analysis of the system architecture, identification of performance bottlenecks Conducting a full cycle of load testing with requirement gathering, load profile preparation, methodology, scripts/stubs/scenarios, preparation of a test results report within the processes. Analysis and investigation of incidents from the production environment, expanding the list of errors.
🔍 Additional tasks and functions: Selection, adaptation, training, and motivation of load testing employees Building interaction processes with adjacent departments Task assignment and distribution within the team Organization of the accounting and reporting system for the load testing group
