A fintech company developing software for various businesses. We write software for trading platforms, for exchanges, CRM systems, and have a telecommunications project. In recent years, our business has expanded significantly, and we are looking for enthusiastic developers ready to contribute their expertise to the team and strive for professional growth. Projects: Trading platforms, exchanges, CRM systems, admin panels.
What you will do: Work simultaneously on 5–10 projects in the FinTech sphere (mobile and desktop applications). The work will involve a lot of illustrations, marketing materials, landing pages, and minimal product-related tasks (interface creation). Actively use Figma, Git, Jira, and AI-based tools to speed up workflow. Participate in all stages of the design process: from research to handover to developers.
Requirements: Experience working in a multi-project environment and the ability to manage time effectively. Proficient in Figma (automation, components, collaboration). Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to justify decisions. Experience with Jira and Git (will be a plus). Knowledge and experience in applying AI tools in design. Understanding of the specifics of fintech and crypto business (this will be needed in designs) or readiness to quickly immerse yourself in it.
