Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of models for a production environment;
- Build machine learning models, improve quality;
- Write code, conduct code reviews;
- Choose the optimal mechanics for influencing users: which category or product to offer, what action to ask them to take, and what reward to offer for it? And is it worth sending communication to the user or is the response probability low even with a relevant offer?
- Uplift modeling;
- Development of our own ML framework for solving business problems, on its basis - rolling out models into 'prod' and further iterative development;
- Propose ways to optimize and improve existing tools.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Python;
- Experience in recommendation systems/search;
- 5+ years of experience as an ML engineer/data scientist;
- Knowledge of theoretical and practical advanced machine learning methods;
- Knowledge of SQL, familiarity with the Hadoop stack;
- Experience with docker, kubernetes, pyspark, kafka, postgres, airflow;
- Experience in deploying developed solutions to production.
