We are looking for an analyst who is ready to work with large-scale government information systems, design complex integrations, and influence the development of digital healthcare in Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible for: — collection, analysis, approval, and management of business requirements and business rules at all project stages; — analysis of current regulatory legal acts, orders, resolutions, internal documents, and existing business processes; — modeling and description of target business processes taking into account legislative requirements, customer needs, and automation capabilities; — conducting and participating in working meetings with representatives of the customer, government bodies, regulatory organizations, and other interested parties; — identifying business needs, determining value, priorities, and directions for process optimization; — preparation of business requirements, technical specifications, statements, and tasks for the development team; — support of tasks during development, participation in testing and acceptance of implemented functionality; — interaction with developers, system analysts, architects, designers, and other project team members; — analysis of the regulatory and legal component of the project; — development of integration interaction with internal and external information systems - System Design: Design of integration architecture (REST, SOAP), description of system interaction logic and data flow diagrams.
