Responsibilities

What you will do:

• conduct presentations on salary projects for organizations with the aim of attracting and retaining them on the salary project
• negotiate with representatives of legal entities on matters of salary projects
• support and maintain existing clients
• analyze the assigned market to attract clients to the salary project, develop a strategy for client acquisition.

Requirements

We expect that you:

• are a specialist with higher education and sales experience of at least 2 years
• can create presentation materials
• have experience in public speaking and negotiations with company executives
• are a confident MS Office user
• are ready to use AI in daily work (training provided by the company — we have our own courses).
