☑️ Responsibilities
- Internal implementation of the CRM system as a developer
- Development, modification, and creation of integration modules within the CRM system
- Optimization of company business processes through automation based on ERP
- Collaboration with the team (product managers, developers)
- Participation in the design of new feature architecture and their independent implementation
- Integration with existing systems
- Testing and support of own solutions
- Technical support of existing solutions in the company
- Creation of technical documentation
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Minimum 3 years of commercial development experience in Python
- Experience in team development using Agile methodology or process frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or other iterative variations)
- Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and experience in their application
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), ability to write efficient queries
- Ability to work with REST API (integration and creation)
- Basic skills in working with Docker and the Git version control system
- Basic understanding of message queue operations (Kafka/RabbitMQ/WSO2) between applications
- Ability to understand third-party code and documentation
- English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation on development tools and CRM descriptions
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript 2015 (ES6)
Will be a plus:
- Experience with ERPNext or Odoo will be a huge advantage
- Understanding of development and project management cycles in ERP systems
- Experience in integrating business processes with CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to read code written in Java/Scala/PHP
- Understanding of development and project management cycles in ERP systems
