SQL (advanced) · dbt · Airflow / Prefect · Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift · Power BI / Tableau / Looker · Python (pandas, ETL) · Kafka / Spark (nice to have)
✔ At least 5+ years in data analysis. Must-have: finance analytics or regulatory reporting in payments, fintech or banking ✔ Proven experience building analytics from the ground up - not just inheriting and maintaining ✔ Strong SQL and hands-on BI experience ✔ Solid understanding of GL, reconciliations, cut-offs and basic accounting principles ✔ Self-driven: you identify what needs to be built, propose it, and deliver it - without waiting to be asked ✔ English C1/B2+ and fluent Russian
Crypto payments or AML analytics background, CTR/STR reporting experience, Finance, Math or ComputerScience degree
