DevOps / SRE Engineer (Middle) | Tashkent
We are looking for a DevOps / SRE engineer to join Hamkor Bank to work on the Tez project — a digital banking service. You will work in the infrastructure team on the development and stability of the production environment.
What you will do: — Develop GitOps with FluxCD for dev / stage / prod / prod-DR — Unify GitLab CI/CD and implement security scanning — Deploy services and Kubernetes operators to production — Work with Terraform and Ansible — Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting — Analyze incidents and find root causes Stack: Kubernetes, FluxCD, Helm, Kustomize, GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible, Istio, NGINX, HAProxy, Vault, Victoria Metrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis / Valkey, Kyverno, Falco.
What is important: — 2+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE — Proficient in Linux — Practical experience with Kubernetes — FluxCD and understanding of GitOps — Helm, Kustomize, Docker, GitLab CI — Terraform or Ansible — Prometheus / Victoria Metrics, PromQL, Grafana — Python or Bash Will be a plus: fintech/banking, ArgoCD, Istio, Vault, Kafka/CDC, PostgreSQL on Kubernetes, on-prem / VMware, DevSecOps.
