Freelance Editorial Assistant

We're hiring! 🙌 Ceramics Now is looking for a Freelance Editorial Assistant to help us publish Artist Profiles and spotlight ceramic artists from around the world.

This is a remote role for approximately 8 hours/week, with flexible hours. Pay: $15-25/hour, depending on experience and location.

You'll help edit artist statements and biographies, select and sequence images, check captions and artwork details, and create Artist Profiles in WordPress.

We're especially interested in hearing from artists and people with a background in ceramics or contemporary art. A strong visual eye, attention to detail, and some experience with editing, arts writing, or curatorial work are important. The role could work particularly well alongside an artistic practice, and we hope it can grow over time.
