Senior Information Security (InfoSec)

📍 Minsk / Moscow 💰 Salary from $4000 to $5000

Atom group is looking for a strong specialist who will take on the responsibility of building the information security function within the technical block and elevate it to the level of an independent, systematic unit.

This is a role with a high degree of influence: you will not be supporting what exists, but building InfoSec practically from scratch — from areas of responsibility to processes and security culture.

🧩 Tasks: — Formation and development of the information security function — Definition of areas of responsibility and building InfoSec processes — Development of approaches to risk management and control — Building interaction with DevOps, development, and management — Integration of security practices into SDLC / DevSecOps — Formation of InfoSec policies and standards

✅ Requirements: — Solid experience in information security — Understanding of InfoSec as a separate function within a company — Experience in building or transforming InfoSec processes — Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders — Systems thinking and results orientation

💡 Will be a plus: — Experience building InfoSec from scratch — Practice of implementing DevSecOps — Experience in risk assessment and management — Experience working in a product or technology company
