We are looking for a Product Manager to develop payment methods for customers in CIS markets.
The main focus is on credit and BNPL products: installment plans, lending, loans, and other payment methods. We are looking for someone with a strong banking or fintech background, who can independently find product opportunities, test hypotheses, and launch solutions with internal and external partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing BNPL, installment plans, credit products, and other payment methods in CIS countries
- Conducting discovery: researching markets and competitors, identifying growth areas, running A/B tests, and verifying product hypotheses
- Launching new products and developing existing ones from idea to scaling
- Working with external partners: banks, acquirers, payment providers, and local financial services
- Closely collaborating with development, analytics, and delivery teams: defining requirements and setting clear tasks
- Independently prioritizing and making decisions based on data and product metrics
We expect:
- Product Manager experience in a bank, fintech, or payment service
- Practical experience with credit/BNPL products: installment plans, lending, scoring, loans, BNPL
- Experience launching products and independently managing a product area
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics
- Experience working with external financial partners and integrations
- Experience with CIS markets will be a big plus
- Ability to communicate in a structured manner, negotiate, and work with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with international partners and documentation
