We are looking for seniors with experience in technical leadership within a team, meaning a specialist highly knowledgeable in the subject area, who can not just drive a task for the sake of the plan, but do it brilliantly!
What you will be doing
- Developing large-scale technical initiatives: designing solutions, assessing risks, and decomposing tasks for development.
- Designing the architecture of backend services, analyzing alternatives and trade-offs, and justifying technical decisions to the team and architects.
- Documenting architectural decisions using ADR.
- Developing, refactoring, and optimizing high-load backend services on .NET / C#.
- Supporting major changes at all stages – from design to production release.
- Ensuring code quality, conducting code reviews, developing unit and integration tests, participating in performance and load testing.
- Investigating complex production incidents, identifying root causes of problems, and improving system observability.
- Assisting the Team Lead in developing the team's engineering practices and improving the quality of technical decomposition.
- Mentoring developers and helping the team solve complex technical challenges.
What we expect
- Backend development experience in .NET / C# for 5+ years.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases for 3+ years.
- Experience with NoSQL databases for 3+ years.
- Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka message brokers for 3+ years.
- Practical experience in developing high-load services with a load of 1,000+ RPS.
- Experience in designing and developing microservice architecture.
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), Clean Architecture, and Hexagonal Architecture.
- Knowledge of distributed system design patterns.
- Experience in independently developing, justifying, and defending architectural solutions.
- Ability to decompose large tasks and oversee their implementation.
