I’m looking for two Senior-level Applied Researchers to join our analytics teams in the Marketplace Efficiency cluster at inDrive.

If you want to build complex decision-making systems that impact ~100M MAU across 48 countries and 1100+ cities, and work on high-stakes problems in incentives and pricing this could be a great fit for you.

We’re looking for people excited about owning end-to-end marketplace efficiency problems from formalization to production and building decision systems under uncertainty and real-world constraints. You’ll work on dynamic, feedback-driven systems to shape user behavior and marketplace balance and outcomes at scale.

Preferred hub: Cyprus (relocation supported) Open to EU / UK as well
