About the company: An international company in the iGaming and affiliate marketing sector, developing its own digital directions in the gambling vertical. Today, the company is in a phase of active development: in addition to a CPA network, we are launching and scaling new projects, including a mobile game rental service.

Responsibilities:

🟥Build the development direction for the mobile game rental service from scratch; 🟥Form and develop a team; 🟥Independently participate in development and make technical decisions; 🟥Establish processes within the team and organize effective interaction; 🟥Develop direction development plans and define KPIs; 🟥Control the achievement of set goals and the quality of task implementation; 🟥Take an active part in product development at the scaling stage.

We expect:

💦Experience as a development lead in a similar application rental service (PWA); 💦Practical experience with iOS applications or experience managing mobile development, including iOS and Android; 💦Experience in iGaming; 💦Understanding the specifics of traffic arbitrage; 💦Willingness to combine management tasks with hands-on work; 💦Structuredness, organization, and a high level of responsibility.
