Performance designer for an international fintech company to create static/motion creatives and UGC, adapt them for different GEOs and platforms, and accelerate production using neural networks and automation.
Tasks:
- Create static/motion creatives and UGC, adapt them for different GEOs and platforms
- Analyze creative performance, generate hypotheses, and research trends/competitors
- Accelerate production: work with neural networks, scripts, plugins, and automation
- Manage tasks end-to-end — from idea to final result
Requirements:
- Solid foundation (composition, typography, color) and knowledge of animation principles
- Experience with Figma, Figma Motion, and Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of performance creative logic (hooks, storytelling, addressing pain points)
- Experience with AI tools and UGC
- Self-discipline and adherence to deadlines
