Seeking a Financial Manager with international work experience.

The role involves combining the functions of Chief Accountant and Financial Manager, as well as participating in the development and optimization of financial processes within the company.
Tasks: • working with banks and international payments • processing payments via SWIFT, SEPA, and other banking systems • cash flow control and budget allocation • preparing invoices and monitoring payments • managing accounts receivable and accounts payable • working with international financial and tax reporting • liaising with auditors, banks, and lawyers • preparing documents for compliance procedures • participating in financial planning and management reporting • building, setting up, or optimizing financial processes
We expect: • at least 3 years of experience in a similar role • experience interacting with international banks • understanding of international reporting and tax accounting • experience in independently building or optimizing financial processes • proficient Excel skills • good written and spoken English • independence, attentiveness, and structure • willingness to combine the functions of Chief Accountant and Financial Manager
Will be a plus: • experience working with European and British jurisdictions • experience in international companies • understanding of compliance processes and corporate structure
