Project:
We are developing a system that automates the entire lifecycle of an investment transaction. Our investment platform is a unique solution in the Russian market for issuing and supporting investment financing for legal entities.
Modern stack and architecture:
- Microservice architecture: Kubernetes, Docker, Istio, Kafka
- Microfrontend architecture: modular frontend modules
- Intelligent agents: AI-banker, AI-methodologist
- Production agents: developer, tester, reviewer
- Automation systems: CI/CD, logistics, monitoring
We expect:
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux
- Knowledge of programming paradigms, CSS, HTML
- Experience in developing microfrontends
- Fullstack experience: backend (microservices) + frontend
- Experience with automations and CI/CD systems
- Agentic development mode: working with LLMs (LangChain, LangFuse, OpenCode, Codex, Claude, inferences)
- Experience with open-source contributions and patching external libraries
- Ability to design and implement research hypotheses into production
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of AI agents (AI-banker, AI-methodologist)
- Development of production agents (developer, tester, reviewer)
- Development and implementation of automation systems for the production process
- Research and hypothesis generation, testing them in pilot projects
- Integration of solutions into Sber's investment landscape
- Implementation of key frontend solutions considering the microfrontend architecture
- Conducting code reviews and technical design
- Mentoring and knowledge transfer to the team
