What you will do — Develop tools for Windows security testing: loaders, payload modules, and post-exploitation tools; — Work with WinAPI, NtAPI, system calls, and low-level code; — Research EDR protection mechanisms and methods for bypassing them in the context of Red Team operations; — Use MASM inline assembly and custom LLVM passes; — Analyze malware samples and study the techniques employed; — Develop your own modules after a period of working with a mentor.

Requirements — Solid knowledge of C, memory management, pointers, stack, and heap; — Basic proficiency in C++, including RAII and templates; — Practical experience with WinAPI: processes, memory, file system; — Ability to read x86/x64 code in IDA, Ghidra, or Binary Ninja; — Understanding of the PE format, sections, imports, and executable file loading; — GitHub profile, pet projects, CTF solutions, or other code to demonstrate skills.

Conditions — Salary from 200,000 to 250,000 ₽ net; — Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule; — Office-based work near "Novocherkasskaya" metro station; — Mentorship during the first months of employment; — Paid training: Maldev Academy, Sektor7, OSEP, SANS, and other courses; — IDA and Binary Ninja licenses available upon request.
