Looking for a UI/UX Designer for an outstaff project with an international team! Format: full-time, outstaff Grade: Middle+ / Senior Location: remote, outside of Belarus/Russia - but I'll tell you personally that we can consider stars in these locations :)

Project — redesign of a standalone application for real estate sales on Unreal Engine. Inside: interactive navigation through the building, unit selection, interfaces on top of a 3D scene, and storytelling through camera movement and visual cues.

What's important in experience: strong Figma skills and experience in product design from scratch: flows → wireframes → final UI; confident work with UI kits / design systems, variables, tokens, and theming; — experience with responsive / adaptive design; — understanding of interfaces that live on top of a dynamic 3D scene; — motion design: transitions, animations, interface dynamics; — ability to write clear microcopy; — experience working in a sprint-based team with developers / tech lead / CG.

Experience with 3D products, After Effects, and a graphic design background will be a big plus. We are especially interested in seeing designers who can not only "draw beautifully" but can truly design complex product UX and at the same time build a scalable design system for different brands.
