Instinctools is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an exciting AI-driven project in the insurance domain.
📍 Location: Europe
🔹 What we're looking for: ✅ 5+ years of Business Analysis experience ✅ Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation for complex digital products ✅ Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process modeling methodologies ✅ Experience with use cases, user stories, process optimization, and gap analysis ✅ Understanding of AI solution requirements and UAT processes ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills ⭐ Nice to have: Insurance industry experience
