Monite is a fintech infrastructure startup that helps B2B SaaS products automate invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and embedded finance through an API-first platform. The company is actively scaling in the European and American markets and building a modern cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Development and support of backend services in Java/Kotlin.
• Design of high-load REST/gRPC APIs.
• Work with microservice architecture and event-driven systems.
• Integration of payment and banking APIs.
• Performance optimization of PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Development of fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Participation in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Collaboration with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Commercial Java development experience of 5+ years.
• Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
• PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• English language B2+/C1

Will be a big plus:

• Kotlin.
• Experience in fintech/payments.
• Experience with high-load systems.
• Terraform / IaC.
• GraphQL/gRPC.
