The company is looking for a Java Backend Developer to join their product team to develop a digital platform and integration solutions for the insurance business.

Responsibilities
- Developing new backend services and maintaining existing ones
- Designing and integrating APIs
- Working with relational databases and optimizing SQL
- Refactoring, code reviews, unit and integration testing
- Configuring CI/CD pipelines and working on performance optimization under high loads
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial Java development experience
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, SQL, OOP, and design patterns
- Experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL and query optimization
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Git, and Jenkins/GitLab CI/TeamCity
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- Readiness to work with the existing codebase and make technical decisions
- Conversational level of Uzbek
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes, Grafana/Prometheus
- Experience with load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6)
- Proficiency in Russian
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site role in Tashkent
