Hello everyone! 👋 Looking for a UI/UX Designer. The product is already in production: growing audience, rapid iterations, and 1–2 releases per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling UI tasks at the feature level: from discussing and clarifying requirements to handing off to development via Figma
• Working with an existing design system: reusing and developing components, not drawing everything from scratch
• Designing all interface states: loading, empty, error, recovery, and edge cases
• Working with deep game mechanics: collecting, merge-2, clans, on-chain economy

What's important:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile product design on real products with releases and a live audience
• Advanced Figma skills: variables, component variants, auto-layout
• Experience working within an existing design system

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Web3 / TON ecosystem, experience in mobile gamedev
• Motion & animation

Conditions: Full-time · Remote · Fixed salary

Team of ~25 people, flat structure, quick decisions. Time zone preference — preferably ±3 hours from Moscow.
