Requirements: 6+ years of experience as an Android Engineer. Solid command of Kotlin and Java; comfortable working with C++ and JNI/NDK. Deep understanding of the Android lifecycle, foreground services, Doze mode, and Google Play rules. Experience with system constraints: battery/thermal/memory. Experience shipping production code on a wide range of OEM devices and chipsets. Will be a plus: Experience with on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite, ExecuTorch, ONNX Runtime, llama.cpp on Android). Experience with NPU SDKs: Qualcomm QNN, MediaTek NeuroPilot, Samsung ENN, Google AICore. Quantized model formats (INT4/INT8, GGUF). Released public SDK or library used by other developers. Cryptography basics - end-to-end encryption, attestation, hardware-backed keystore. English language - B2+ level.
