We are looking for experienced product analysts for Tochka Bank. We are building an online bank and a system of services for businesses. Our team has over 6,000 employees, and our services are used by over 800,000 clients.
About the Team
1. Sales-ML Team — is a startup within the "New Clients" service. The team builds high-ROI AI products that improve sales and marketing operations at Tochka.
2. Retail Team — a team focused on developing products for online and offline retail. Main products: trade acquiring, cash registers, internet acquiring, QR payments, Tochka.Marketplaces. Each product is unique in its own way and has its own characteristics, but each product needs metrics, dashboards, tests, and various research.
What you will do
- Analyze the potential of hypotheses based on data and market benchmarks.
- Evaluate the impact of new solutions on the product and users.
- Build product analytics for new products.
- Work with internal business stakeholders to form requirements for metrics, data visualization, and their development.
- Create a financial model and maintain its transparency.
- Find, connect, and maintain new data sources to ensure data quality meets all requirements.
- Be the first to propose the best solutions without waiting for a direct request from the business.

You are a good fit if
- You have over five years of experience as a product analyst.
- You know methods for researching customer behavior, user scenarios, and product interaction.
- You are proficient in Power BI or similar tools like Tableau or QlikView, and can build a data visualization system for the team so that routine questions are answered without manual exports.
- You know SQL, can work with large volumes of data, and understand mathematical statistics.
- You have experience building financial models, unit economics, and metric trees.
- You have experience in building product analytics and specific cases where your analytics helped the business.
- You can clearly communicate information even to those who have a weak understanding of data.

- Official salary up to 500,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations — we will discuss them at the interview. This is the gross amount before taxes. Remember that from 2025, the personal income tax rate changes depending on the total income for the year.
