We are looking for a strong Affiliate Manager with experience in iGaming and their own base of partners / webmasters. This role is for someone who knows how to not just manage partners, but to bring in quality traffic, negotiate, scale working strategies, and directly influence product growth.

What's important: ✅ 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing ✅ Own base of partners / webmasters ✅ Experience working with CIS markets ✅ Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models ✅ Ability to evaluate traffic quality and partner performance ✅ Strong negotiation skills

Will be a plus: 🔥 Experience with Uzbekistan or similar GEOs 🔥 Active partners ready for launch 🔥 Understanding of the local market and traffic specifics
