B2B B2G Marketer (EdTech / NeuroTech)

Brainy is a next-generation analytical neuro-platform for career guidance and educational program development.
We help schools, universities, and state systems make decisions based on objective data about human cognitive abilities (EEG + physiology), not just questionnaires.
Who is our client:
Universities, colleges, continuing education programs, employment centers, and youth career guidance centers, regional educational systems.
Also — large businesses focused on human capital development:
resource extraction companies, industry, telecommunications, IT.
We are looking for a B2B/B2G marketer who knows how to build marketing for long sales cycles, complex products, and work with multiple stakeholders (including the public sector). In this role, you will directly influence key business metrics: lead generation, funnel conversion, and revenue, working closely with sales and product teams.
What you will be doing:
- Building and optimizing marketing across the entire funnel
– from demand generation to deal support and closing
– focus on measurable KPIs and revenue impact
- Launching KPI-driven campaigns targeting stakeholders
– marketing at the C-level and heads of departments (education, HR, digitalization)
– using an ABM approach for priority clients
– launching and managing paid channels with a focus on CPL / MQL
- Working with content for complex sales
– pilot case studies (schools, regions, government clients)
– analytical materials, white papers, research
– webinars, email sequences, materials to support long sales cycles
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of successful B2B experience (preferably IT / EdTech / DeepTech) — with case studies
- Experience marketing complex products with long sales cycles
- Ability to quickly launch MVP campaigns hands-on
- Experience working with the education sector, government clients, or C-level executives will be an advantage
- Experience working with large clients
