Requirements: • 10+ years of software development experience • Experience building high-load financial or crypto platforms • Expertise in architecture, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps • Understanding of trading systems, APIs, and real-time systems • Experience managing engineering teams • Experience ensuring security and regulatory compliance

📈 CPO (Chief Product Officer)

Requirements: • Product management experience in Crypto / FinTech • Deep understanding of the crypto market, trading, and user experience • Experience in shaping product strategy and roadmap • Strong analytical and product research skills • Experience launching and scaling digital products • Experience managing product teams

For both positions

✅ English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above ✅ Experience working in international teams will be an advantage
