Experience and knowledge
What we expect from a successful candidate.
- The very first and most important thing is a sincere desire to work and develop in the IT field, confirmed by your technical knowledge. We are engaged in web development, so we expect you to be able to answer technical questions and questions about software testing theory during the interview.
- Analytical mindset. A big plus for the candidate will be a love for mathematics and well-developed logical thinking. It would be great if you share your favorite logic puzzle with us during the interview.
- Understanding of the software testing life cycle and the ability to apply this understanding in practice. Be prepared that during the interview we will ask you to test something.
- Knowledge of English and a desire to constantly improve your level of knowledge.
Job description
What you will learn to do.
- Test requirements and technical specifications for software development.
- Develop test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists).
- Perform manual software testing.
- Document found errors in the form of bug reports in a tracking system.
- Perform re-testing after a bug is fixed.
- Participate in improving the quality control system.
