Creative Content Manager (iGaming)

We are a dynamically developing company in the iGaming sphere. We are developing several products and business lines within a large ecosystem.

We are looking for a Creative Content Manager who will come up with creative concepts for streams, Telegram, YouTube, and other platforms and independently bring them to life. We expect a combination of creative thinking, content creation skills, and managerial involvement from you. You will work daily in conjunction with the marketing manager, participate in the launch of special projects and promotional mechanics, and build relationships with contractors and the team.

Responsibilities 🔹Development of creative concepts and content plans for campaigns: from idea to implementation. 🔹Creation of creative mechanics, activities, and special projects and their promotion on all platforms. 🔹Independent content creation: video, images, and posts, including with the help of AI tools. 🔹Organization of filming and production: communication with contractors, participants, partners, and the internal team. 🔹Publication of materials at the right time and control over adherence to the content plan. 🔹Work with main channels: streams, Telegram, YouTube, and Instagram. 🔹Interaction with the content team (designer, copywriter) and task assignment. 🔹Promotion of new products and partner projects. 🔹In the future: participation in the development of content direction processes.

Requirements 🔸Experience in iGaming (mandatory). 🔸Experience in content marketing, creative, or media projects for at least 1.5 years. 🔸Ability to generate original ideas and bring them to a finished result. 🔸Skills in creating video and photo content, understanding of visual formats for social networks. 🔸Confident experience with AI tools for creating images and videos (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Gemini, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, and similar). 🔸Understanding of the iGaming audience and the ability to create content and activities that increase engagement. 🔸Experience in task coordination: organizing filming, working with contractors, managing deadlines. 🔸Knowledge of Telegram as the main platform for promotion. 🔸Responsibility, independence, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
