We’re hiring at Athos. Looking for a freelance Snowflake Data Engineer.

One of our clients has Snowflake implemented but it's siloed across entities, Data Historian data sits outside it, and Power BI is struggling every time it connects straight to source.

The job: Enhance the Snowflake connectivity layer.

What you'll do:

• Ingest Historian time-series data into Snowflake
• Connect and normalise data across multiple entities and external systems
• Build the modelling layer where KPI definitions and business logic actually live
• Get Power BI reporting cleanly off Snowflake, at volume

What we're looking for:

• Strong Snowflake; architecture, ELT, performance and cost control
• Hands-on experience working within manufacturing
• Dimensional modelling, and the judgement to call Import vs DirectQuery properly
• dbt / Python / SQL
• Manufacturing background is a bonus
