Influencer Marketing Manager — Instagram

About the Company

AIST Digital creates cinematic quality video content: short films, series, and commercials.

We are looking for a specialist to build a client acquisition channel through Instagram bloggers. This is a new role reporting directly to the founder. The role is not about managing the company's account or about Meta Ads targeting.

Responsibilities

— Search for and vet bloggers in the marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, and creative niches. — Build an AI-powered outreach system: database, personalized messages, follow-ups, status tracking. — Negotiate placements (Reels and Stories), including with English-speaking creators. — Monitor releases, links, promo codes, and UTMs, collect statistics. — Calculate new clients and customer acquisition cost, scale successful integrations.

Requirements

— Personal experience in purchasing paid Instagram integrations with measurable results. — Ability to read blogger statistics and distinguish real reach from inflated reach. — English for negotiations. — Working with numbers: CAC, ROI, attribution. — Daily use of AI, CRM, and automation in your work.

Will be a plus

Experience in Higgsfield or similar AI products, as well as in SaaS and applications.
