Grade: Middle+, Senior Location: Russian Federation, Moscow Format: full-time, Hybrid for the first 3 months (2-3 times a week), then - remote. Company: Top Selection Employment: IP only (Sole Proprietorship) Salary: 240-260 k RUB/month gross (middle+) 270-290 k RUB/month gross (senior) Industry: Retail Project: Development and improvement of a management system for clothing stores and other auxiliary products within the Retail division.

🎯 Mandatory Requirements: · Over 3.5 years of commercial development experience in Go. · Confident proficiency in Golang: Deep understanding of the language, knowledge of the scheduler, garbage collector (GC), and memory model. · Experience with MongoDB: Confident practical use of MongoDB (schema design, working with indexes, composing aggregation pipelines, understanding transaction nuances). · Experience with Apache Kafka: Understanding of its operating principles, message consumption and publishing patterns, ensuring delivery guarantees and handler idempotency. · Experience in developing web applications and microservices: Practical experience in creating REST/gRPC services and supporting distributed systems. · Good command of *nix systems: Confident use of the command line, basic understanding of OS principles. · Experience with Git: Confident mastery of version control systems, ability to work with branches, merges, and conflict resolution. · Experience with Docker: Understanding of containerization fundamentals, ability to create optimized multi-stage Docker containers. · Desire to grow quickly with the team: Commitment to professional development and readiness to take on new challenges.

Will be a plus if: · Deep understanding of concurrency in Go: Excellent knowledge of working with goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives (sync, sync/atomic), and the context package. · Knowledge of modern Go 1.23+ features: Ability to use iterators (range over functions) and modern collection handling patterns. · Experience with PostgreSQL: Understanding of relational databases and ability to use them in hybrid architectures. · Experience with gRPC and Protobuf: Practical experience in designing and implementing contracts for internal microservice communication. · Experience developing high-load web applications: Ability to optimize applications for handling large traffic volumes and low latency. · Experience in designing and developing services from scratch: Ability to independently create and develop new services within an event-driven architecture. · Technical English.
