Digital Silk Road Company is a subsidiary of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We develop and support state information systems that ensure the digitalization of tax and customs processes, as well as create services for business and citizens.

Vacancy Description: A Business Analyst ensures interaction between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, participates in identifying and formalizing needs, preparing requirements and technical specifications, and also supports their implementation. The main task of the position is to ensure the transformation of business needs into clear and structured requirements for the development and implementation of digital solutions.
Key Requirements • Higher education in the field of information technology, economics, business analysis, management, or related fields. • Practical experience of more than 3 (three) years in business analysis, system analysis, requirements management, development, and support of digital solutions, or in a similar position. • Experience in independently preparing business requirements, technical specifications, and other project documentation. • Ability to conduct meetings and negotiations with clients, identify, analyze, and structure their needs. • Skills in decomposing business tasks and forming clear functional and technical requirements for development, analytics, and Data Science teams. • Understanding of data principles, data structures, and relationships between data sources. • Knowledge of SQL and the ability to use it for data analysis and verification. • Knowledge of Python at a level necessary for solving applied analytical tasks. • Understanding of digital product development processes and principles of interaction between business and technical teams. • Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar task management systems. • Skills in preparing and presenting work results to clients and management. • Ability to clearly and argumentatively present information and interact with both technical specialists and business representatives.
