Salary Range: from 300,000 tg (discussed based on interview results)
Responsibilities:
- Client visits — gathering and agreeing on requirements on-site
- Describing tasks and setting technical specifications for the development team
- Documenting processes, maintaining a knowledge base in Confluence
- Business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- API description and testing (Postman)
- Support and development of existing IT systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in IT projects
- Requirements gathering and formalization — confident, without prompts
- Diagrams: use case, activity, sequence, ERD
- SQL — write queries independently
- REST / SOAP / Kafka / RabbitMQ — understand at the integration level
- Figma/Claude — prototyping interfaces
- Git / GitHub — basic level
- Jira + Confluence
- Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
- Experience implementing enterprise systems (ERP, MES, transport, logistics)
- Experience working with government clients or large enterprises
