7+ years of professional experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and Shopify Liquid
Strong experience with Shopify Liquid and headless Shopify (Hydrogen / Storefront API / GraphQL)
Experience with subscription billing platforms (Recharge, Recurly or similar) and subscription lifecycle flows
Understanding of internationalized storefronts (localization, currency, multi-domain, tax rules)
Experience with analytics and attribution for DTC and paid acquisition traffic (Mixpanel, GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events, UTM discipline)
Familiarity with retention/LTV metrics and subscription cohort analytics
Experience integrating custom or embedded Shopify apps (App Bridge, Functions, Checkout Extensibility)
Ability to debug and optimize performance in Liquid, Hydrogen SSR, and Storefront API at scale

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud providers (AWS or similar)
Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, or similar)
Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPA)
Experience with Playwright or other modern testing frameworks
Experience with performance optimization in high-traffic environments
CI/CD pipeline experience
Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience

Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
